100-day trial program when purchasing a new mattress. It takes time for you and your mattress to get used to each other. That's why we're giving you 100 days to make sure you're compatible. So, after sleeping on it for a while, you can swap out your mattress if you find it too firm or too soft. Once you find the right one, you'll rest easy for at least 10 years, since that's the duration of our free warranty.
Terms and conditions
You can exchange your mattress once within 100 days.
The ONLY conditions are that it is not dirty or damaged and has no marks.
At first, a new mattress often feels a bit too firm. Wait at least a month for your body to get used to the mattress and vice versa.
For optimal comfort, you also need a good bed base. Make sure it fits you and your new mattress.
The terms and conditions of our 10 year warranty can be viewed on our Warranty page. This exchanges and returns policy and our 10 year warranty do not affect your rights as a consumer.
If your mattress swap moves you upmarket, you will only pay the price difference between the original mattress and the replacement mattress.
If the price of the replacement mattress is lower and you decide to exchange the mattress more than 15 days after the date of purchase, we will credit the difference to a refund card that you can use for a future purchase.
Return conditions
The return request must imperatively be made by email or post, mentioning the order number, the delivery date and the delivery address.
